We’re looking for men and women who are feeling out of shape or out of breath, stuck in a rut, we’re looking to help you make a change.
We want to show you that getting fit and in shape doesn’t have to be overly complicated or overwhelming to get results. The transformation programme is based on sound practical scientifically-backed advice, we’ve also helped hundreds of men and women in the Cheshire/Wirral area reach health and fitness goals.
We aim to get you fit, in shape and more importantly build a lifelong habit of health and exercise that’s easy to follow. Our programme starts in the gym, the first few weeks we’re teaching you how to work out with good technique and create a habit, all you need is 40-minutes, 3 times a week. While doing this, we help give you a better understanding of calories, what foods are best to consume and in what amounts. We also show you that you don’t have to remove food you love from your diet to get in shape.
Then there are our group sessions to build up your strength, fitness and motivation. These group sessions are great fun with other men and women on the programme. Remember, we aim to get you fit, in shape and build that lifelong habit of health and exercise that’s easy to follow.
